Numbers 1 to 100, classroom display (14 pages)

This display enables students to actively use numbers on a day to day basis.

After you have laminated and cut out your numbers, glue a small magnet on the back. Assign each child with their special number. Each morning when students arrive, they simply move their number from

 “I am not at school today" to "I am at school today". 

Ideas:

1. To help you keep track of where your students are, you may like to have a Toilet, Library, Office, Music etc. label as well.

2. Glue a paddle pop stick onto each number. You can then place them in a decorated tin or pot and use this for turn taking activities.

3. Use the numbers for counting or number pattern activities.  

4. Glue a paddle pop stick onto each number. When students choose a book from the shelf they place their Borrowing Marker in the space so they know where to return their book. Great for tidy shelves!
